Forget the foreign reviews, honestly, they’re being spoiled. What made me feel comfortable at the hotel was the hospitality. Two people at reception were amazing. Ms. Farah is an extremely respectful person and was lovely in her dealings and helped us with everything. And Mr. Ahmed, our future player, God willing 😂 May God grant him success, he was also amazing and didn’t hold back anything. I wanted to extend my stay at the hotel because of them. Now, let’s talk about specific points, but for the sake of honesty, the hotel is 3 to 4 stars. The rooms are very good and clean, God willing. I took the large room, which had a large master bed and two beds. The room was clean, and breakfast was included. We drank the most delicious milk tea made by Ms. Farah. The reason foreigners rate the hotel like that is because the entrance is a little difficult. If you’re not Arabic, you won’t know how to navigate it. But the rest is great, God willing, and I recommend you try it. And thank you again to Ms. Farah and Mr. Ahmed for their hospitality. God willing, we’ll visit again because of these two people 🤍🤍.

Absolutely unacceptable facility. Hygiene and cleanliness are practically nonexistent.
Access via dirt roads with stray dogs, building in dilapidated condition. Rooms on the 13th floor accessible only by narrow, steep stairs.

Filthy room, window with broken glass, mattress with plastic under the sheet.
Unusable bathroom: shower over the toilet, oversized faucet with water everywhere, obvious dirt and urine traces.

Breakfast outside even in December, no indoor dining area. Dinner not consumed.
Staff incapable of communicating in English.

Booked three rooms, all with the same terrible experience.
    Highly discouraged.

Terrible experience. The only positive thing was the terrace overlooking the pyramids.
We arrived late at night, and let’s just say we were scared by the last few streets to the hotel because of the dirt road, surrounded by wrecked cars and stray dogs.

The rooms are new, but completely poorly managed. The mattresses were made of plastic and were extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled and leaked; the shower was located just above the toilet. Our room didn’t have a wastebasket or towels.
Our room had a terrace room on the 13th floor, and every time we went up, we had to climb a very steep, dangerous staircase.
At the hotel entrance, there are stinky, very dirty carpets.

Breakfast was served outside in the cold, with very little edible food, just an omelette and bread.

The place itself doesn’t look too old or damaged. Is located on 12th floor with elevator. Not easy to find the entrance, we had to ask our driver to call the hotel for directions. They offer airport tranfer for 30 USD which is over 3 times more expensive than Uber or Careem (8 USD).

The rooms are simple, the furniture are old and quite smelly. The matreaces have plactic foil covers under the sheet. TV wasn’t work due to broken antena cable. No hangers in the closet. The only equipment is mini fridge and kettle, both worked well.

Bathroom is extremelly small. Shower head is just above the toilet, in result everything is wet including doors and part of floor in the room.

Quality of sleep is very bad due to noise from the reception. Every day the guy on night shift was on his phone loudly talking or arguing with someone, it doesn’t matter if it was 11pm or 3am.

Breakfast is very simple, omlette from one egg, one slice of cold meat, little piece of cheese, jam, honey and bread. Tea or coffe. Before we came I was told that breakfast is from 8 to 10, but after arriving it turned out that is from 9 to 11.

On Bookig they charge 20 USD for dinner – DON’T GO FOR IT.
It is a simple take away order worth 3 or 4 bucks. No plates, no cutlery, no beverages, not ever a glass of water, just a plastic bag with food and plastic spoon.

The terrace and view was amazing.
