I would like to thank the entire hotel team, from the reception staff to every employee, for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
The hotel offers a very peaceful atmosphere, excellent rooms with beautiful views, and exceptionally fast service. The cleanliness of the beach and swimming pools is maintained to a very high standard, and any issue is addressed quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed by the daily follow-up from the Quality Team to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room cleanliness and food quality.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return again in the future.
A special thank you to Mr. Emad Makram for his warm welcome, continuous support, and outstanding cooperation throughout my stay. He is truly professional, respectful, and always willing to help.
Highly recommended!

Absolutely blown away by the food experience at this hotel. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared with incredible attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, everything tasted fresh, rich, and perfectly balanced.
The variety was impressive, the quality was outstanding, and the desserts were simply unforgettable. You can truly feel the care and professionalism behind every meal.
A special compliment to the chefs and restaurant staff for making the dining experience just as memorable as the stay itself. Easily some of the best hotel food I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
