Tanis International Travel Alexandria

What an amazing experience! Amira is the most professional, wonderful and caring travel agent ever! She booked all our flight tickets and hotel stay (for a big group) and followed up efficiently with all the needed details. When we missed our first flight due to unforeseeable circumstances, she went out of her way to help us over the phone and immediately booked the next available flight while being reassuring and friendly as usual. Also, our return flight was delayed by the airlines so she contacted us as soon as she found out and endeavoured to book an earlier flight without any extra charges which she had successfully negotiated with the airlines. She totally saved our trip from being ruined by airlines’ misadventures. Highly recommended!

The best travel agent ever. Friendly , helpful and professional staff who are always keen to go extra miles. You will feel like you are among your family. Best prices and offers. Highly recommend. Thanks Mr emad, Robert and Nancy for your usual help
