Lack of credibility in the tour program:

1. The supposed beach visit each day was not implemented.

2. The vehicle provided to transport passengers from Marsa Matrouh to Alexandria was unfit for human use. Consequently, the return journey took approximately 5 hours or more, instead of the scheduled 3 hours.

With the vehicles being delayed beyond the standard 3-hour time, the return trip from Marsa Matrouh to Alexandria took 8 hours. This is clearly not a tourism company.

Is it appropriate for a vehicle to travel at 60 km/h on the Marsa Matrouh-Alexandria road?

We are simply being used as guinea pigs for this type of company.

If the tour program were credible and the vehicle were suitable for a company that supposedly holds a tourism license, I would give this company 5 stars.

Unfortunately, it seems this company has no owner who cares about its future or is committed to their work. If I ever consider traveling with a tour company again, I will sign a contract with them to ensure they honor their word. Their “grab and go” approach after collecting the agreed-upon amount is unacceptable.
