The hotel can be quite disconcerting at first glance, particularly due to its immediate surroundings, which aren’t exactly reassuring. Once inside, however, the first impression is more positive: the room is clean, and the rooftop on the 7th floor is truly superb, with a beautiful view of the pyramids.
Unfortunately, several important points need improvement.
The main one concerns the food. In my opinion, breakfast is neither of sufficient quality nor really up to what one would expect from a hotel. The same is true for dinner. The entire food service offering deserves a complete overhaul, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. For example, at breakfast, there’s no real coffee, only instant coffee, and the service is clearly lacking in attention: no greeting, staff on their phones, and little interaction with guests.
The pool is advertised as open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., but it’s difficult to enjoy it peacefully: during our swims, staff were constantly working around the pool with hoses or performing various tasks. This significantly detracts from the comfort and the overall guest experience.
The establishment also lacks management and rigor in its general operations. Our room, in particular, wasn’t cleaned.
It’s a shame, because the hotel has some real strengths: a lovely room, a beautiful view of Giza, and especially a magnificent rooftop. But too many details essential to comfort and quality of service still need improvement.
Mayada was always available at the front desk and was always helpful.
The hotel was clean.
Mahmoud was excellent at the on-site restaurant.
Beautiful view from the terrace.

Amazing hotel. Everyone is ready to make your vacation a special time. For me, this was truly my home away from home.
