It’s a mid-budget, cozy place with great and helpful staff.
The view from the rooftop is beautiful.
Beds are very comfortable and the jacuzzi worked wonderfully.
The location is good, not too close to the busy roads. It seems close to the GEM (15 minutes walk), but it is not very easy to cross the roads to reach it.
By taxi it is only a 5 minutes drive.
A side note: the gas station in front of the the hotel is very convenient for ATM and buying water or snacks.
We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the service throughout our stay was efficient and friendly. The staff made everything easy and comfortable from check-in to departure.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the pyramids and the surface. The room was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the room and the terrace. The room and the hotel in general were clean; we didn’t experience any problems. They allowed us to leave our belongings there after we checked out. It was a great experience. Those considering coming should definitely not hesitate.
A beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable stylish rooms. We were at the front of the hotel on the 4th floor and could see the pyramid tops. The breakfast buffet on the top terrace, with views of the pyramids, was very good and of a high quality with a lot of choice. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. It’s a short walk to The Temple restaurant, the best in the area, and there were souvenir shops near by too. There is a lift to take you to all floors and reception is on the 4th floor. There’s a cash machine across the road in the garage and the area felt very safe walking around in the the evening and day time.
What makes this hotel truly special is the staff. Every single person was warm, supportive, and genuinely caring. They consistently went beyond my expectations and always offered more than I asked for.
The room design perfectly matched my taste, and I was so grateful for the atmosphere. The room size was also much larger than most standard 5-star hotel rooms, which made a big difference. After staying several days, it really started to feel like home—something very important to me.
The area around the hotel also felt safe and relaxed compared to other parts of Giza or Cairo. I even felt comfortable walking at night to the nearby 24/7 store by the petrol station.
One morning I had to leave very early for a nearby visit, and even though it was only a 5-minute walk, the hotel kindly offered me a lift because it was still dark outside. That kind of thoughtful care meant a lot to me.
For me, this stay was perfect. I’ve already booked my next visit, because I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else after discovering this hotel.
