First of all, I want to say that the hotel is extremely well located, only about a 7 minute walk from the Sphinx entrance to the pyramids. It is also much closer to the Saqqara and Dahshur pyramids (if you are planning in visit them) compared to staying on the east side of the Nile.
One downside is that the food in the surrounding area tends to be more expensive. However, the hotel’s complimentary Western breakfast helps a lot and definitely makes up for it.
The breakfast lady, Fatma, probably brews the best Turkish coffee in all of Cairo. We tried coffee at several coffee shops during our stay, and none of them compared to the coffee she makes. Not only that, but she also prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. If you visit Cairo and stay at this hotel, make sure to take care of her and leave a small token of appreciation (a tip). She truly deserves a raise.
Other than that, we had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cairo.

I had an amazing stay at Kanz Hotel in Cairo overlooking the pyramids. This place truly deserves five stars! The hotel is cute, clean, and incredibly comfortable — everything you’d want after a long day of exploring.
The interior is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making the whole experience feel warm and relaxing. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s close to everything, making it super convenient to get around and explore Cairo. Plus, the view of the pyramids is simply unforgettable.
They also offer tours and can arrange just about anything for you — all you have to do is ask at the front desk, and they’ll take care of it.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo!

We stayed 4 days in Cairo and had a bad experience with another hotel, so we had to change. Luckily we found New Kanz Boutique Hotel. They let us book without any problems, helped us with everything and even let us leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
We were welcomed with two kinds of juice, which was a very nice touch.
Everything was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant was very cozy with great views of the pyramids.
We also met the manager, and both he and his team were always kind, polite and friendly, always smiling and willing to help.
When I return to Cairo, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

If you choose to stay in the Giza area, it’s important to pay attention to hygiene and avoid misleading listings. New Kanz Boutique Hotel is a reliable option—perfectly located on the main road yet away from traffic noise. From here, you can easily access comfortable and reasonably priced transportation through the InDrive app.
The rooms are impeccably clean, stylish, and comfortable. The beds and showers are excellent. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the pyramids. The staff are helpful, attentive, and honest, and you can communicate easily in English.
I highly recommend this hotel—I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

New Kanz Hotel was our savior. After arriving in Cairo and experiencing issues with the hotel we had previously booked, we ended up at this hotel. After a tiring journey, they gave us a room at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything we were looking for was available at this hotel. It’s very close to Giza, and I would recommend it if you want to stay in this area.
