The St. Regis New Capital
A beautiful and impressive property, but literally in the middle of nowhere — almost a cathedral in the desert.
The hotel is enormous, with marble, columns and grand spaces everywhere. The staff are extremely kind and genuinely try to accommodate every request, although at times it feels like there are almost too many staff members around.
The air conditioning is definitely excessive — you almost expect to see penguins walking through the lobby! 😅
The restaurants are excellent and, considering the level of the hotel, prices are quite reasonable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful large bathtub. However, some details don’t quite match the overall luxury: poorly fixed electrical sockets, visible sealant and a certain lack of precision in the finishing.
The biggest drawback is the location. Perhaps in the future, as the New Administrative Capital develops and transport connections improve, this will become much less of an issue.
Overall, a spectacular property with excellent service, but still some room for improvement in the details.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our trip to Egypt for our daughter’s wedding, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience.
From the very first day, the level of professionalism, hospitality, and service exceeded all of our expectations. An amazing hotel in all the senses, the rooms are super nice with one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever slept. The surroundings are so pretty that a walk I’m the night feels magical.
Hitting the gym and then the spa is a a must.
Of course the attention of all the personnel is superb and the smell in all the hotel is so particular it makes you feel in heaven.

Staying at The St. Regis New Capital, Cairo was an exceptional experience. The hotel combines classic elegance with modern luxury, offering spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, excellent restaurants, and outstanding service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making every part of the stay enjoyable. The facilities — including indoor and outdoor pools, spa, gym, and even an artificial beach — provide plenty of options for relaxation and leisure. Although the hotel is located a bit outside of downtown Cairo, this adds to its peaceful, resort-like atmosphere. A top choice for luxury travelers visiting the New Administrative Capital
