I had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Villa. Overall, my experience was fantastic—the accommodations were comfortable and everything went smoothly. As a traveler, safety is a huge priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed by how secure this hotel is. It’s a very relaxing and worry-free environment. I would definitely stay here again!

Pictures are great but reality is worse. Its your average motel in the States.
The fridge was warm, the AC was not blowing cold. It would blow cold for about a minute before it started blowing hot air. I told reception and they treated me like I didn’t know how to work a wall mounted AC. I decided to turn it off and maybe open a window. Worst mistake I made as I got many mosquito bites.
There is a lack of outlets especially near nightstands. Breakfast is lowkey expensive.
The hair dryer does not work, at least mine didnt.
The location is for anyone who wants to live in some gated community far away from Nasr city and Cairo. When I was ubering back late at night they didnt let my Uber driver past the first gate, so I ended up walking from the gate to the hotel (15-20min walk). I hated that aspect about it. New Cairo is some rich people area and takes away from the experience of actual Cairo. Like I said its very far from everything as well.
If I were to go again I would get a hotel in Nasr City
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I accidentally left my keys in an Uber, but they promptly provided me with a replacement and coordinated with the driver to retrieve the original set. Their professionalism and pleasant attitude made a strong impression.
The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped for the price. It included a comfortable bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, and decent bathroom facilities. Wi-Fi was available and worked well.
The surrounding area is quiet both in the morning and at night, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The premises are gated and monitored by a security guard, which adds an extra layer of safety.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for business trips or short stays in New Cairo.
Despite having breakfast included in our booking, the lady at the reception insisted we pay an additional 545 Egyptian pounds. She was rude and unprofessional. We had already paid for early check-in on the day of arrival but did not consume any meals that day since we were out for meetings. From the next morning onward, we simply had the breakfast that was clearly part of our package. Yet, at checkout, we were suddenly told to pay extra.
To add to this, we had requested a king bed, but since only twin beds were available, we accepted the room. Shockingly, the receptionist even claimed we must pay extra for the twin beds—something completely unreasonable. This is the hotel’s issue, not the guests’.
Such irresponsible and uneducated behavior is unacceptable. This place leaves a very poor impression, and I would strongly advise against staying here.
I have attached the screenshot of the booking for reference and additional payment that was asked of me to make! Will be reporting this to the authorities as well!
