Very disappointing experience – would not recommend

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel.

I also had a very serious issue with room service/housekeeping. During my stay, two of my vapes went missing from my room. After I complained several times, the following day I found that my bag had been opened and the items had been put back inside. This completely destroyed my trust in the housekeeping service and made me feel very uncomfortable about leaving any personal belongings in the room.

Privacy is also a major issue. The sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor—you can literally hear conversations from the neighboring room, which makes it difficult to feel comfortable or have any privacy.

The food was also very disappointing and, in my opinion, not up to an acceptable standard. On top of that, the reception team was unprofessional and the overall customer service was poor.

Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, and based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is really nice .. weather Hotel rooms and facilities or Pool.. Sports activities.. and the Best for me is the Kids Area.. is very good .. safe .. has variety for the kids to have fun while families can stay have eye on them with a good f&b service .. always having a good time there…

During my stay, I was bitten by bedbugs in my room. I have documented proof of the bites. This is unacceptable and represents a serious hygiene and health issue.
I expect better standards from a hotel, and I hope management treats this matter with urgency.
