I had a tremendous time staying at this hotel with my family. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. The staff are really, really nice, especially Mr. Abdelrahman, who works at the reception. He is a magnificent person, and I can’t say enough good things about him.
Please do come and enjoy your stay—you won’t regret it!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at tolip family park Honestly, it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious with so many great options, and the service was top-notch throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was truly exceptional. Abid Al Manam welcomed us warmly and assisted with our bags with such care and professionalism — he made us feel like honored guests from the very first minute. At the front desk, Islam handled our booking smoothly and efficiently, answering every question with patience and a genuine smile. It’s rare to encounter a team this attentive and courteous. Staff like Abid and Islam are what turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended — we will absolutely be returning!

Hotel is nice. The property itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, offering everything you may expect. Reception is very helpful and a special thanks for ms. Rehab for her awesome hospitality.
Food is good specially sea food, however I do not recommend any item contain minced meat.
A pool and a gym are available.
Customer service is very helpful & fast response

I had an excellent experience with Tolip Hotel during my recent holiday. My experience started from the very early morning welcoming message from the hotel manager Mr. Ashraf Ramadan who contacted me in person to facilitate my reservation and stay all over my stay. Mr. Abdelrahman from the reception was also very cooperative and Ms. Eman from sales team was very helpful. The hotel is typically family oriented. Everything was quite nice. I will repeat such an excellent experience God willing.
