Secluded and most private place if u like the quiet. Super large rooms and all rooms with sofas and chairs and option of balcony.
Gym and swimming pool are excellent.
Only draw back is the choice of food. It need to be improved by miles. Available food is ok ok. Breakfast is 7/10.
It’s perfect for business purposes as it’s very close to Airport and new cairo.
had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful during my stay. The booking process was not handled properly, and there was a lack of communication and support when issues came up. I expected much better service, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Tolip Gardens Hotel in Nasr City was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
The reception team was incredibly difficult to deal with, and one receptionist in particular, Rana, made our stay a nightmare. From the moment we interacted with her, she was uncooperative, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative. Rather than helping guests, she seemed to create problems and add stress to every situation.
What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a constant source of frustration and anxiety because of the way we were treated. We felt ignored, pressured, and completely unsupported whenever we needed assistance.
To make matters worse, when we tried to escalate our concerns, the manager was equally disappointing. Instead of listening objectively or trying to resolve the issue, he immediately sided with his staff and showed little interest in understanding what had happened. The level of professionalism was shockingly low.
The hotel may have decent facilities, but customer service can ruin an entire stay, and that is exactly what happened here. The reception staff and management demonstrated a complete lack of respect for guests and their experience.
This was honestly one of the most stressful hotel stays I have ever had, and I would never choose this hotel again. If customer service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
If you’re not Egyptian and you’re here for tourism and to see the real Egypt, this hotel is not good at all. Its location is far from everything, and besides, it’s very expensive for the level of service and cleanliness. You can find much better, an perhaps cheaper, places closer to downtown.
People come to a hotel to rest and wake up early to visit the country. Who in the hell decided to organize weeding on the outside? A disco until 1am and beyond?
I really paid for can’t sleep? It’s a joke.
