Tolip Hotel Olympic International City

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were generally professional throughout my stay.

However, my experience was negatively affected by the bellboy. Upon arrival, he handled our luggage in an unprofessional manner and seemed to expect a tip through his behavior, which made for an uncomfortable first impression. Unfortunately, I experienced the same attitude again when checking out.

In addition, the receptionist at checkout appeared somewhat unfriendly and seemed annoyed while collecting my room key, which was disappointing after an otherwise pleasant stay.

One more issue I noticed was that the room’s air conditioner had an unpleasant odor whenever it was turned off, which affected the comfort of the room and should be addressed.

The hotel has good facilities and professional service overall, but I believe the staff responsible for guest arrivals and departures could benefit from better customer service training. Improving these areas would make a significant difference, as first and last impressions – and room comfort – are important parts of the guest experience.

My stay at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I entered, the grand lobby and front desk area created a lasting impression—spacious, beautifully designed, and full of positive energy. The rooms were extremely spacious, well-maintained, and very cosy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured a seamless experience throughout. Truly one of the finest 5-star experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended.
