Town Hospital

The worst hospital I have ever seen. Total scammers!
Because we are foreigners, they took advantage of us and charged us for 3 days of hospitalization (my son only had bronchiolitis) — 57,000 EGP!!!
When I refused and argued for 2 hours, they suddenly “reduced” the bill to “only” 40,000. What a joke.
The service was terrible. The doctor was never there. The nurses treated my wife like a prisoner — they even refused to let her leave the room with our son because they were afraid she might leave, even though all our belongings were still there.
To all foreigners: never come here!

May Allah be able to close this hospital of crooks

I stayed with my husband after a quick surgery and we were impressed by the warm and professionally quick reception service; we finished in 15 min.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
The nurses were friendly, smiling and quiet in a professional way, they knew what to do.
My husband was very relaxed and calm because of the surrounding crew throughout our stay, even in the surgery room all was calm and peaceful.
I only had one suggestion of having lether couches in the room instead of fabric and they already told me that they are in the process of a replacement.
HR Mr. Ekramy was very friendly , took my comments seriously and made us feel welcomed and calm.

I recently had a very positive experience with a hospital in Cairo, Egypt while my brother underwent a hip replacement surgery. As a Canadian resident, it was my first time dealing with a hospital in Egypt, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received.

Firstly, the hospital itself was immaculately clean, which gave me a sense of comfort and ease knowing that my brother was in a safe and hygienic environment. The staff and security personnel were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that my brother and I were comfortable and well-informed about the entire process.

The hospital rooms were also impressive. They were new, clean, and equipped with great amenities that made our stay more comfortable. The nurses were very friendly and active, ensuring that my brother was well taken care of throughout his recovery.

One thing that stood out to me was how professional and polite the security personnel were. They reminded us of the ending visit time and kindly asked us to leave the hospital premises, ensuring that everything was in order without being intrusive.

Overall, despite the difficult circumstances surrounding my brother’s surgery, my experience with the hospital was amazing. I would like to thank the staff for their exceptional care and dedication to their patients. Keep up the excellent work, and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention in Cairo, Egypt
