I came back from a 5-day, 4-night Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan organized by True Dream Tour Agency. It’s really a dream come true and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and unforgettable for our family of 3.
The itinerary was perfect, covering major historical sites including the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and the majestic Philae Temple in Aswan with professional guides who brought ancient history to life with their passion and experiences.
The cruise ship, Zeina, was comfortable and elegant, with spacious rooms, relaxing sundeck and delicious meals . The staff on board were friendly and especially the Chefs serving us during meal times were constantly chatting us up and also ensuring that their food was delectable to our taste buds.
Transportation, tickets, and scheduling were all handled flawlessly, giving us the freedom to truly enjoy the experience without any stress. Though it was a great disappointment that our hot air balloon trip was cancelled due to the bad weather, True Dream refunded us immediately after the trip without any hassle.
Overall, this was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering exploring Egypt’s beauty, True Dream is the go to agency. They truly made this trip magical!

I did umrah with this company at December 2023 and I’ll share the details me and my friends went through.
-firstly one of our friends almost didn’t make it to boarding because they asked her to LIE about having a valid saudi visa.
– then the same friend almost had to walk her way from jeddah airport to makkah after she got kicked off the bus because she didn’t have an umrah visa, a mistake that should’ve been already handled by the company as they were well aware of that but they forgot to book her an appropriate transportation. (Worth mentioning that she was one of 5 other persons that had the same issue and also worth mentioning that the Egyptian guide told her I won’t do anything for you it’s not my fault)
– the company lied about makkah’s hotel claiming it’s a 3 star hotel while it’s a horrible 1 star hotel.
– there was no religious guidance whatsoever (fine by me since I already know the rituals)
– the touristic visit was cut off short we just saw most places from within the bus
– the rawdah visit will be booked for you only if you have an umrah visa, a fact that they won’t tell you until you’re in madinah.
Spare your money and find a better company to do your umrah with.
