The worst hotel ever in terms of customer service. They were incredibly rude and wanted me to leave my guests and go to another hotel after I had already paid for a full room.
The worst hotel ever, the worst staff ever, the worst attitude ever, and the rooms are old.

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I wanted to check out immediately after checking in! The pillowcases were dirty, torn, and full of hair. No one answered the phone at reception, so I had to get dressed again and go to reception myself. They simply brought me new pillowcases that I had to put on myself. The air conditioning didn’t work, the remote control didn’t work, there was no phone in the room (you had to call via WhatsApp), and the receptionist just laughed at me. Then I was given a new room where the LED light had fallen from the ceiling and was lying on the wardrobe. I stayed for four nights, and the room wasn’t cleaned even once! You have to report it yourself; they don’t even knock or ask. Ms. Nada and Mr. Tarik are extremely professional and guest-oriented; I don’t understand why these people work in such a run-down hotel. The breakfast is good. The location and the view from the windows are bad! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel! I checked out a night early; they just laugh at you if you complain.
