Their nail polish isn’t good; it bubbles up, and it’s not new, unfortunately. 😬
I thank the employee, Salma, for her excellent service.
I visited the Mivida branch before; this was my first time at the Midtown branch. Honestly, we didn’t wait long to receive our service, which was okay.

The nail art actually turned out cute, but the rest of the experience was awful. To start, I was kept waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time. Then came the filing, which was painfully aggressive, literally every single one of my fingers was bleeding by the end. When I said something, the tech tried to brush it off by claiming I just have ‘sensitive skin.’ That is completely untrue. I regularly get my nails done across Egypt, the UK, and Portugal, and I have never bled once. Bleeding during a manicure is never normal; it means the tech was using improper technique and cutting straight into live skin. Worse, having open wounds while getting acrylics is a serious health hazard, as monomer, harsh chemicals, and filing dust get directly into the cuts and can trigger severe infections. The staff needs urgent retraining on safe filing, and I will not be returning.
