Wonderful experience working with the staff of this centre. We used their come-to-the-Venue hairstyling services for my brothers wedding and it was a truly lovely experience. They were kind, friendly & punctual. Noha, Radwa the manager, & Samah, the stylist, worked together as a team to have all the grooms family members ready earlier than we anticipated. The stylist was very talented and worked well with many different hair textures achieving a beautiful & unique style for each respectively. Overall, a warm, kind atmosphere & a professional, beautiful service provided.

Terrible management and customer service. All they care about is selling you promotions when they barely have any skilled workers, relying on exactly one person to do all services.
Every single time I go there’s always a very long service ahead of me “just started” even when I call in advance to make sure she’s available, and end up waiting 2hours for a 15min eyebrow thread service.
Horrible front desk people, zero customer service and communication skills. They act as if they’re not interested in the money you provide them.
I once got a manicure and pedicure and never again, nail beds got so much worse ever since.

My review suppose to be zero star not one star.. I don’t recommend it to any one. Bad behavior and liar ( changing their speech and words) .. I pay them after doing hair extension and (It fall down and most of tape were opened) at same day ,in front of their eyes , I asked them to remove it and doing it again or give my money back! , they refused to re do or give me my money back (After they removed it )! Plus they give me my extension less before were 40 ,I got 36 only
Just take careful of them go to better and cheaper than this salon

I have been to many spas in Egypt but this one is litteraly different
Cleanliness is 10/10
Staff are very friendly
I had an excellent massage as well feel very relaxed and fresh
And finally I did my hair too and it looks amazing
The prices are not high compared to other spas and salons at the same level and quality
Highly recommended and definitley I will come again..!

This place is a rip off! So my mom, sister, and I decided to go do our nails in this place as it’s usually empty. And wow. It starts with doing our nails and asking the lady to file it then for the first time I’m asked to go wash my hands after filing my nails to put a color. Whatever happened to having this bowl of water to put your nails in. Anyway, when we came to pay I find that the prices were inflated so I ask for a breakdown. We’re charged 110 each for just putting a color on our nails and not a full manicure. So I ask for a breakdown, the lies start coming in, oh it’s cause you filed your nails which we charge alone 50le. I’ll pretend like this is the truth, I asked for a receipt later and it all comes out. “oh the system is down and hasn’t been working” so we insist and get a receipt full of lies to add up. We get a 100 le back first because obviously we’re not supposed to be charged got filing. Then later we get 200le back because my mom was charged an extra 200 for coloring her nails with Orly not regular manicure. Honestly, I hope the owner sees this and saves her place as I think this is why the place is always empty. First the service and then the rip off.
