1 star is too much for them. Rude, disrespectful, only cares about show, social media and money without respecting their clients. Worst Gym in Alexandria. Don’t recommend it!

I used to go to this gym for a while and overall it was a great experience. The gym itself and the vibes are really nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The spa, sauna, jacuzzi, lockers, and toilets were always clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. They also have a good bar with a variety of gym related options like protein and diet snacks/meals.
I had PT sessions during my time there, while the trainers were supportive and always checking in, the sessions sometimes lacked focus since they were handling multiple trainees at once (probably just how things are set up).
Also, they often mention limited-time offers that are “ending soon,” but it usually feels like the same price most of the time.
Big plus as well: there’s a barber inside the gym, which honestly made life much easier.
Overall, a great place with really good vibes 👍
Grime Time
This gym cheats! They charged me 750 egypt pound for a day pass. They bothered me the whole time. I was there for 5 minutes they told me to leave because i had slippers on, told me to keep my bag in a unlocked safe and try to charge me for that to.
When I asked for a refund than they changed their mind and I could wear slippers but the staff was rude so i left after 5 minutes.
Terrible gym.
I have been to few gyms here in alexandria this is the worst one

Good equipment, but the staff are very bad and aggressive. They don’t show any respect at all. I’m sorry for saying this because that gym used to be my favorite.
