World Gym New Cairo

Machines are old and needs to be maintained a lot, crowded and bathroom are not clean and toilet papers are sometimes are not found in the gym or the bathroom. This gym was very good from 3 years ago.

This gym has amazing private trainers, cleanness and hygiene.
The machines, floors, and lockers are cleaned regularly.

However they have terrible staff, extremely rude and unprofessional. They rely on young people with zero experience and clearly they are not given proper training. A receptionist called Bassant on top of the rude staff literally told me I’ll terminate you and make you leave the gym LOL. It takes them months to get back to you when you have a complaint but when you reach to the managers it gets slightly better.

In addition to all that they cancel classes frequently and mostly with no prior notice.

By all means waste of money and not recommended at all and definitely not renewing my membership.

If I could give them less than a star I would!

I’m honestly very disappointed with this gym. The hygiene standards are extremely poor. The equipment is often dirty, with sweat left on machines and no proper cleaning routine in place. Even basic areas like the locker rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable.

Many of the machines are not working properly, and it’s clear they are not being maintained or repaired on time. Instead of fixing issues, it feels like management is cutting corners and lowering operating costs at the expense of members experience and safety.

On top of that, the attitude of the staff is unprofessional. The employees like Manar and Galal seems uninterested, unhelpful, and sometimes even rude when you ask for assistance, and never answering the phone. There is a clear lack of customer care and respect toward members.
