I’m a member at world gym I just have a huge complaint regarding the jacuzzi tub is not working and barely be clean and maintained also the showers always smells bad
The overall experience for your showers and jacuzzi/Sauna and Steam area is very bad
You guys should focus more on your facilities maintenance
Also there is no a cleaning guy on the floor this is another point

The worst gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are very rude. The machines are never cleaned and everything is sticky with grime; you might find a tissue and a bottle on the same machine for months without anyone ever removing them. The coaches and staff are very impolite. The gym has terrible equipment; half the machines in the ladies’ area don’t work, and nothing is ever done when you complain. Everything is old, and the gym is incredibly dull with a very negative atmosphere. Unfortunately, I signed up for a year, but I’m never going back. I’ve signed up at another gym now, and this one is a total waste.
