Staff were great except 1. A right moody server with a bad attitude. Couldn’t follow simple instructions despite making out she understood us completely.
She didn’t spoil the stay and we would stay here again but we’d avoid her or speak to someone else as everyone else was great.
Breakfast was a bit naff too (stay here, pick at what you like for breakfast, then wander somewhere else for little brunch 🤫)
A couple of weeks ago we had stayed in the Dyafa. The rooftop was really the best part of it. The room was very big and even the bath tub with a view towards the pyramid. Just some minor issues with the room, broken table, no hooks in the bathroom etc.
Service was really good. Special greetz go out to the young guy who studies IT and the newly acquired “Philipino” guy :-). We recommended the hotel already to friends.
A great place , new, safe, Tidy and comfortable with fair price.
They have all facilties i need And the most special moment when i wake up having that nice view of Pyramids and Grand Museum through my window.
Thanks mr Amir and mr mohammed for your genourous hospitality.
Absolutely loved my time here. Everyone was so welcoming and smiley (that’s an understatement), staff gave me tips for giza / travels, the room was lovely, the views in the rooftop were amazing, breakfast was good and it was for such a good price! Was reading the negative reviews and i genuinely didn’t see a sign of where these could be. When you’re a happy person, you get happy service! If i am ever in giza again, undoubtedly will book with these guys.
This hotel is wonderful! I almost did not book it because the negative reviews. Im glad I took the chance to try it. I also included pictures for my reviews. The rooms are newly renovated. The view of the pyramids is ahhhmazing! The service was ahhhmazing. We did not encounter any issues at all, and the wifi worked in the room. I stayed in room 403 (triple room)- plenty of space for 3 persons. You are in Giza, so there its the typical car horns/big city noise. There are several places to eat nearby and the hotel also has a menu. It was very hot on our visit. The pool looked great and the air conditioner was ice cold. This will be my choice of accommodations for any future visits.
