Prestige Pyramids Inn

Our 5-day trip to Egypt with my siblings was truly an incredible and unforgettable experience, and we owe so much of it to Mr. Waleed and the amazing team at Prestige Pyramid Inn.
From the moment we landed in Egypt until the day we departed, everything was perfectly planned and seamlessly organized. Mr. Waleed took care of every detail of our itinerary, including airport transfers, accommodations, transportation, and tours, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation without any worries.
A special thank you to Mohammed, one of the hotel staff members, whose kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made us feel right at home. He was always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist us with a smile. His genuine hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to give special thanks to Ali, our driver, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable throughout our trip. He always ensured we traveled safely and comfortably, and his warm personality made every journey pleasant.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip was having Mr. Waleed personally guide us during our visits to the Giza Pyramid Complex and the Grand Egyptian Museum. His knowledge of Egypt’s history, passion for sharing it, and genuine care for his guests transformed these tours into truly remarkable experiences.
Our adventure extended beyond Cairo as Mr. Waleed also arranged wonderful tours in Luxor and Aswan. We were able to explore some of Egypt’s most breathtaking historical sites while staying in excellent hotels that he carefully selected for us. Every part of the journey was thoughtfully planned and exceeded our expectations.
What impressed us most was the personal care and attention we received throughout our stay. Mr. Waleed consistently went above and beyond to make our trip special. One of the most touching moments was when he surprised my sister with a birthday cake and a beautiful souvenir, making her birthday celebration in Egypt truly unforgettable.
Throughout the entire 5-day tour, Mr. Waleed was always available whenever we needed assistance. Whether answering questions, making arrangements, or ensuring everything was running smoothly, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
By the end of our trip, we felt less like guests and more like family. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine care shown by Mr. Waleed, Ali, Mohammed, and the entire Prestige Pyramid Inn team created memories that we will cherish forever.

My partner and I had such an amazing stay here. The view of the pyramids from the bedroom window is incredible and exactly as advertised. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the shower had hot water with good pressure. There is an elevator which takes you to the 4th floor of the building where the hotel is.
The family that runs the hotel is so nice. They went out to a restaurant nearby to get lunch for us when we arrived and set up a nice place to eat in our room. So thoughtful and kind.

Me and my partner were more then happy with our stay in this hotel. The Owner Waleed and the rest of the staff was super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was very nice! The staff was always very helpful and nice :).
It was nice to try Egyptian breakfast and we enjoyed it very much! The Owner helped us to set up different tours and was always just a text away if we needed anything or was thinking of something. It has a beautiful and clear view of the Pyramids from both our room and from the rooftop. Waleed fixed so that we always had someone from the staff to bring us around the city and to different places like stores or restaurants and also show us back to the hotel which was very nice and felt very safe. Me and my partner got to know the staff came very close to everyone at the hotel and sees them all as friends. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that’s visiting Giza and we hope to be back very soon again! 🙂
