Mövenpick Cairo Media City

I was there on 02/07/2026 for 2 nights. Really a magnificent hotel with everything up to standards and even extra touches for the guests without even asking. From the reception team, Ms. Reem, Reservation team Mr. Mohamed Fawzi and certainly the great Mr. Mohamed Fahmi the Front Office Manager with his warm hospitality and flexibility. Also, the housekeeping team of room 16201 and their floor housekeeping supervisor with the always care and friendly attitude. Hotel is really kids friendly with nice slides on the pool for kids. Many other pools for relaxing away from slides also so many options for all. Finally, a big thanks to all the team for hard work and for making our vacation a special memory for me and my family.

Our stay at the Mövenpick Hotel was excellent from start to finish. It’s a wonderful family-friendly hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and all the hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The hotel staff were amazing everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality.
A special thank you to Ziad, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was attentive, kind, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and positive attitude truly made our dining experience memorable.

We’ve had a fantastic experience so far at the Mövenpick Media City in Cairo. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly, unloading all of our luggage without hesitation. They thoughtfully stored some items and took the rest directly to our room. To our delight, we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room near the kids’ water park, which has been perfect for our family. Islam, who assisted us, was exceptional—he made sure everything was smooth, and we felt truly looked after. The hotel facilities are wonderful, the rooms are amazing, and every request we’ve had—whether an extra bed or storing additional luggage—has been handled promptly and with care. We truly appreciate the above-and-beyond service so far. Highly recommend this hotel!
