I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the extraordinary crew of the Oberoi Zahra for making our Nile cruise in Egypt such a truly special and unforgettable experience.
From the moment we stepped onboard, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. The entire crew consistently went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and constant smiles made our journey along the Nile even more meaningful for our family.
During our cruise, it happened to be my husband’s birthday, and the care and thoughtfulness the team showed in celebrating him was absolutely incredible. They made the moment feel personal and special, creating memories that our family will cherish forever. It is rare to see a team put so much heart into making guests feel valued, and it truly touched us.
A very special thank you to Mohamed Saady and Shady Samir, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness stood out throughout our stay. They consistently made sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. Their dedication to guest service reflects the high standard of hospitality that makes the Oberoi Zahra such an exceptional experience.
What made the journey even more memorable was how the crew treated us not simply as guests, but as friends. Their warmth, conversations, and constant willingness to help created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at home while traveling through one of the most beautiful places in the world.
We also feel grateful to have experienced Egypt during the holy month of Ramadan. It was a privilege to witness and appreciate the beautiful traditions, culture, and spirit of the people during this special time.

I hate to have to write this 1 star review but please be warned when booking directly with this company as they double booked me. They advertised a room available on their website so I booked it. 5 days later they emailed me to confirm they had double booked my room. I had already booked flights based on the confirmation on their website and I am now down almost $2,000 from the booking because of their in mistake. Be warned when booking that they may cancel it even with a booking confirmation.

If I could leave a six star review I would. The whole experience is fantastic. The boat is wonderful with a feeling of space and quality throughout. The room and shower area were exceptional. The pool deck has a bar, great seats and the temperature of the poll was really nice. The menu choice was truly outstanding and the food to match, it was top top quality for all meals. The staff were all great special mention to Hossom who really made our trip so memorable. It maybe top end on price but worth every penny, book it !!

Our Nile cruise aboard the Oberoi Zahra was nothing short of exceptional and truly one of the best travel experience my wife and I have ever had. From the start to finish, everything was flawlessly organised and delivered with the highest level of care and professionalism.
The food was outstanding, every meal was a la carte, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The variety and quality exceeded all expectations and made the dining onboard a highlight of the journey.
The service was incredible, every single member of the team we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, relaxed and well looked after at all times. The warmth, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special.
All the tours were fantastic, made even better by our private guide Emad who was knowledgeable, engaging and tailored each visit perfectly to our interests. It added so much depth and enjoyment to every stop along the Nile.
Every transfer was seamlessly arranged by Oberoi making the entire experience completely stress free. we never had to worry about a thing, everything was handled with precision and care.
A very special thank you to My Shamden and your fabulous team for creating such a memorable and luxurious experience. This cruise exceeded all expectations and we would highly recommend the Oberoi Zahra to anyone for an unforgettable Nile journey.
