They had all medicines we need, Misr pharmacy 4 mins away had none of it

The pharmacy is so crowded and the docter there (khaled ahmed) doesn’t cooperate at all and it took me more than 30 minutes to order the prescription cause it’s insurance.
Only 1 doctor responsible for the insurance and the pharmacy is very crowded all the time.
Not professional at all.
Really disappointed for this and will use online apps like vezzeta or Yodawy after this time.
After all this waiting the medicine wasn’t there.

V. Slow service, and the staff don’t seem to be very professional – granted this visit was just minutes before Iftar, however, there remains a lot to be desired. The location is more spacious than the nearby branches, but the other branches seem to move things quicker – just for that reason!

The worst service ever.. long time to pick up the calls as well the delivery is always late sometimes they don’t send the order. In their calls they put you on a very long time on waiting…
They are unprofessional. Just big name for nothing.
