WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND DELIVER TAKES FOREVER TO ARRIVE AND SOMETIMES NO DELIVERY ATT ALL, they don’t understand that they are a 24/7 pharmacy that should be available with delivery as soon as possible. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PHARMACY if it’s an urgent case

Inexperienced with issuing drugs through insurance companies and refused to issue a printed receipt that is necessary for insurance companies!
Not to mention took 30 mins to get the stuff and leave!

Worst branch ever, not only for el ezaby!
I waited for so long, knowing that i’m the next customer! There’s this new employee who keeps asking her colleague for almost everything!
And each employee takes around 5-7 mins just to check on the availability of the medication!
