If I could give them less than a star I would!

I’m honestly very disappointed with this gym. The hygiene standards are extremely poor. The equipment is often dirty, with sweat left on machines and no proper cleaning routine in place. Even basic areas like the locker rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable.

Many of the machines are not working properly, and it’s clear they are not being maintained or repaired on time. Instead of fixing issues, it feels like management is cutting corners and lowering operating costs at the expense of members experience and safety.

On top of that, the attitude of the staff is unprofessional. The employees like Manar and Galal seems uninterested, unhelpful, and sometimes even rude when you ask for assistance, and never answering the phone. There is a clear lack of customer care and respect toward members.

Insane , told me not to workout with my friend after we paid together , couldn’t take a refund and didn’t go there again

Your response is inaccurate and misleading.

First, no refund was ever issued. Claiming that “the payment was fully refunded at the time” is simply not true. If a refund had actually been made, there would be a record of it. Why would anyone receive a refund and then complain publicly about not getting one?

Second, your staff only approached us after three full days of training, even though your own policy states that no refunds are allowed after three days. That timing speaks for itself. When I asked for a refund at that point, I was immediately told it was not possible because of that exact policy.

Third, the person with me was not acting as a trainer. He is simply my friend who joined the gym with me and was helping me with basic exercises. The idea that two friends cannot train together or help each other unless one of them pays for your personal training sessions is unreasonable.

It felt very clear that the issue was not “safety” or “policy,” but the fact that some trainers saw a potential personal training client they could not charge for sessions.

Telling two paying members that they cannot train together or their annual contract will be terminated is not professional management — it creates an uncomfortable environment and completely kills motivation.

The reality is simple: we paid, we tried to train, and we were put in a position where our options were either pay more money for personal training or risk losing the membership we already paid for.

That experience speaks for itself.

This is a safety hazard that they are intentionally ignoring.

The gym subscription was a good price and the people are normal, not weird, except for the sales/reception staff.
The gym machines are in really bad shape. I got electrocuted multiple times while using the treadmill. Some other machines, like the rope ones, don’t even have numbers, so you can’t know how much weight you are lifting.
I really liked that you can get a parking membership when you subscribe; this was an important reason why I chose this gym.
I also appreciate that the coaches are not annoying like in other gyms. They just leave you alone.
The gym is generally clean and not overcrowded.
