Smaller but very friendly hotel with great helpfull staff,food was very delicious with tasty cakes.rooms is great but without wardrobe and was cleaned every day,from hotel to beach across Oriental hotel is 5-7min by walk,but shuttle bus drive every moment,you can to use beach and snack bar in hotel Oriental with friendly and hard-working staff.
the only two disadvantage are no night program and noise from near construction site in night next to the hotel but is not mistake of hotel 🙂

I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Almazino Neo in Marsa Matrouh. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach was absolutely beautiful – soft sand, clear water, and always well maintained. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of international options and especially tasty their food and seasoning. Our room was comfortable, though there was some construction noise nearby that slightly disturbed the peaceful atmosphere. We were gladly not that close.Overall, it was a great holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK WE ENJOY THIS VACATION.WE WERE SUPRISE BY SERVIS BUT IN GOOOD WAYYY.It has a + and – but this hotel should progress it has a potentional (JAZ).
Yeah beach is not that close but they have a mini golf cart. They go every 10 minutes but u usually didn’t wait even that cause on reception they usually call him and he come immediatly. He is so nice helpful he bring us even closer than he must.So we usually walk (it is close) or just wait for him. He bring us even after his shift. We don’t do anything just smile and be nice.We give a tip if we enjoy service. But ANY OF STAFF personal don’t want any they were glad if…but they don’t interupt us or anything. So polite and hardworking!! Always smiling even in busy shift. I hope they will do good in life and their family too only wish best. They are really good people. Trying their best always.
Staff on beach is good too …do best strawberry mojito (i don’t know name Mohamed? Ahmed?)
Cleaning staff personal always clean room always fresh their manager is also nice.
I hope staff and HOTEL will be on this level and BETTER when we will come back.
We were crying when we were leaving from this beautiful place and culture.

So far we liked this hotel – staff very friendly, our room serviceman Mohamed was doing great job with making our room clean. Diverse buffet options, very tasty coffee, fantastic beach, possibility to use amenities of other hotels. So far very good fit for budget oriented adult guests who seek serenity and good services.
However, I did not like these things:
1) 👎 When I booked a premium private tour through TripAdvisor worth US$ 860, my car transit was denied entry into the resort due to security reasons despite I had a service invoice, license plate number and known arrival time. Nobody from the reception wanted to help me, neither by letting the car in, nor by arranging a taxi from the hotel to the resort gate. So we had to walk 2.5 km through unpaved roads with heavy car traffic and dangerous stray dogs to the highway near the resort.
2) 👎 My breakfast packet for a demanding full-day trip was very small and contained incorrectly prepared sandwich which made the whole packet basically unusable (had to buy a new breakfast for US$ 17). It was not possible to get coffee as part of the breakfast packet either.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We were thrilled with the service of the staff. Mr. Reda, the manager, is very helpful and always smiling. He does not hesitate to bring a special vegetarian meal from the kitchen if you do not eat meat. 🙏The food is absolutely delicious. 👌Unfortunately, we did not manage to taste everything, but in this hotel everyone really finds their own. A very peaceful hotel, with a family atmosphere and a quiet environment. We will be happy to come back because we were beautifully taken care of. It is really a short walk to the beach to the hotel next door, but most of the time you are taken by a gentleman who is always ready and in action. Thank you for the comfort and convenience and the beautiful swan in the room during cleaning. 🫶 Nela
