I wanted to share my experiences with you about the Cleopatra Hotel. I stayed there for a week with my family. It was a very good hotel in every way, in terms of service, facilities, cleanliness, and everything that we want to consider for a 5-star hotel. The only small problem I can say is that when entering the sea from the beach, there were large pieces of rock in the shallow part of the sea. I wanted to say a special thank you to the dear bartenders, Mr. Reza, Mr. Saif, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohammad, and also the golfcar driver Abdullah. Also, all the staff and personnel in the restaurant, in the hotel area, and by the sea, the lifeguard, were very caring, helpful, and kind people.

A wonderful and memorable stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly and responsive. Whenever we needed anything, it arrived within minutes.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We booked four rooms for our family, and the hotel kindly arranged adjacent rooms with connecting access, which made our stay much more convenient.
The golf carts were always available and arrived quickly whenever needed. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, with plenty of options for different tastes. The resort is very family-friendly, and there was a daily beach party and entertainment program that continued until midnight.
The only downside was that the sea area had many rocks, which made swimming a bit challenging. However, the lifeguards were very attentive and constantly gave safety instructions and guidance to guests, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience and we would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay from the very first moment. The reception team welcomed us warmly, and the welcome drink was a very nice touch that immediately made us feel comfortable.
The room was perfectly prepared, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always making sure the room was clean, fresh, and well supplied with all items, thanks to Mr. Ahmad Galal, the Reception and Rooms Manager, who treats hotel guest as if they are his own.
The beach atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, with amazing clear turquoise water and a very relaxing setting. The beach team were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, always making sure we had the right umbrella and a comfortable place to enjoy the day.
The food was another highlight of the stay. The main restaurant offered excellent quality, delicious dishes, and very good service. The selection was not excessive, but everything was prepared with real taste, care, and professionalism — quality over quantity.
We also enjoyed the beach bar very much, especially the amazing jumbo burger sandwich. It was honestly one of the biggest and most delicious real beef burgers I have ever tried.
Overall, every day there was something special that impressed us — from the reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant, snack bar, beach service, and the general atmosphere. A truly excellent experience, and we would definitely visit it again and recommend it for the quality vacation seekers.

A great hotel. I have stayed there a few times and get treated extremely well. Food is excellent, wether breakfast lunch or supper and the facilities around the hotel are also very good. There is a lovely beach.and plenty of entertainment is laid on. There are six swimming pools, a gelateria, pizza restaurant, spa and all sorts of other things.. All very well presented with great staff.
However good the resort is, don’t think there is much else to do in the area. There just isn’t. Unless you have a car and prepared to dive up the coast to Marsa Matrou, or East to Alamein or Alexandria, then its a motorway and tumbleweed..

Absolutely recommend – perfect family holiday!
We are a family of three with a 7-year-old daughter, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Cleopatra Sidi Heneish Hotel more.
There are plenty of pools for children, including several with shallow areas that are great even for smaller kids. The sea is simply beautiful – clear with gradual entrance. In some places there are larger rocks, but it’s easy to find areas without them, so swimming is really enjoyable.
A big thank you to the beach staff, who are always very helpful and friendly. Everything here is clean and well maintained, and the pools are also spotless and beautiful.
And the food? Just amazing! 🍽️
There’s something for everyone. We especially loved the live pasta station, where they cook your meal exactly the way you like it. The beef dishes – goulash, different every day, were fantastic – huge compliments to the chefs. As Central Europeans, we also really appreciated the soups – two to choose from every day, and each one absolutely delicious (which isn’t always the case in many resorts!).

Overall, we rate this hotel very highly – great service, excellent food, cleanliness, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be happy to come back one Day ! 🌞🌴
