It was good but had bad coffee, now they fixed it!
Don’t be fooled by first impressions, it might not look grand & the food might not look exciting but omg it’s amazing! I’m gluten intolerant & I still had plenty to eat (kofta with tomato sauce & chicken curry with rice & many salads & tons of fruit)
My nephew who’s a very picky eater couldn’t chew the chicken strips fast enough, that’s how good they were. There’s a new coffee machine so you can round off a delicious meal with a nice cup of cappuccino (blasphemous if you’re Italian but we can’t all be perfect).

Started communication with this company regarding meet and assist in Cairo for a tight layover 3 months prior to our trip. We were told to come to the counter on arrival and pay in person for the service. On arrival, we could not find the desk, communication via WhatsApp was scarce, I had to stand in front of a rep’s buggy to get assistance. Then we’re told that we were told incorrectly and needed to make a reservation ahead of time, and that they would not able to help us. We waisted 30 minutes trying to get this service to help us, precious time that we needed to navigate the airport alone since this service was not available to us. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend them.

Please do not waste $200 on this service.
You are promised an exclusive terminal, private car to the plane door and VIP handling.
Instead I had to wait 10 minutes whilst staff struggled to find my reservation. I was shown to a poor quality lounge and then escorted to my gate more than 1 hour before departure. The flight wasn’t even boarding yet so I had to stand around waiting.
All they do is walk you around the airport. I had to wait in the regular queue at my gate to go through security.
A similar service is available elsewhere for just $15. Please do not use waste your time and money on Ahlan.

A very fast and efficient Arriving and Departing Cairo Airport with Ahlan VIP Service from the moment you disembarked the Aircraft you will be greeted with a Butler and bring you to the Terminal with a Luxury Car.
For Departing Cairo The Service is great! The food is okay maybe just need to make it Warmer as their soup easily gets colder but rest of the food in the lounge are great!
Best recommend to use Ahlan if you want to skip the Queue in endless Security checks inside the airport!
