Unfortunately, I do not recommend traveling through the Ahlan service at Terminal 3.
I experienced very humiliating situations with the lounge staff. I did not receive proper service, and they opened my checked bag without my permission. The shift manager (Mustafa) was extremely disrespectful to me and my family. Unfortunately, all my luggage was lost on EgyptAir. They opened my bags and didn’t wrap them; I had to wrap them myself at my own expense. They make things difficult for passengers at the Ahlan lounge. Unfortunately, this has happened to me repeatedly with the Ahlan lounge staff. 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😱

Waste of time and money very long waiting time for the luggages the lounge was a very poor quality one no-one was waiting upon arrival ! could have saved time doing things on my own i paid money , wasted time , did nt get any service done very unsatisfied

I booked the service two days ago, and honestly, the reception was excellent. They were there on time and completed all the procedures in less than half an hour. I highly recommend dealing with them.
