Fraud, scam, beware!
The employees are despicable! When I picked up the car, they showed me a spare tire but didn’t check if it was in good condition. When I returned the car, your employees specifically took out the spare tire to check and told me it was flat. I hadn’t even used it. They demanded $100 from me or they wouldn’t take me to the terminal. I was pressed for time, so I had no choice but to pay.
