Scam.
After I returned the car, they asked me to leave an additional 1,000 EGP as a deposit in case any traffic tickets showed up later. They told me they would contact me within 14 days, but it’s been almost a month, and I’ve received nothing.
They have my phone number, but no one answers my calls or responds to my messages.
I already paid $200 USD for insurance, which was never refunded. On top of that, they charged me extra for cleaning and gas fees.
At this point, I don’t care what they need the 1,000 EGP for—it’s the lack of honesty and communication that is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this company. Be careful before renting from them.

Rented a car from Eagles Cars during my one-month vacation in Egypt, and the experience was excellent. Very professional, helpful, and everything was smooth and well organized.
I was honestly surprised — the service is comparable to Dubai, even better with the genuine Egyptian hospitality and personal touch.

This was one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve had.
The car had a ridiculously thick sticker placed on the outside of the rear-view mirror, blocking the rear view and even preventing proper wiping. This is dangerous, shows zero concern for driver safety, and is something I have never seen anywhere in the world.
The vehicle itself was clearly neglected. The brakes were squeaking, the electrical system was faulty, and it was obvious the car was handed over without proper inspection or maintenance after previous drivers.
On top of that, their communication was irresponsible and dishonest. They remotely disabled the car before the contract period ended, then tried to blame me for “not responding,” while they were the ones who failed to respond and provided no real customer service.
This company operates with no professionalism, no accountability, and no regard for safety. I strongly warn others to avoid Eagles Rentacar.
