Eagles Rent a Car

I strongly advise against renting from this company. While they market themselves as a top-tier service in Egypt and Dubai, my actual experience was incredibly disappointing and costly.

I rented a Chinese MG car from them with 72,000 EGP for a month ( which is double the price in Dubai or Riyadh) . At the time of pickup, they did not provide any videos or documentation proving the car’s pre-existing condition. When I returned the vehicle, they charged me for scratches that I did not cause. Shockingly, they also falsely accused me of repainting one of the car doors and forced an unjust charge of 97,000 EGP on me for something I absolutely never did.

Furthermore, their customer service is highly unprofessional. Three days before my return date, they sent me threatening WhatsApp messages stating that the car’s engine would be ‘automatically shut off.’ Based on my experience with how they handle damage claims, you should not expect to get your security deposit refunded.

The cars do not match the premium prices they charge, and their business practices are deeply unfair. Please take this as a warning: if you must use them, take your own thorough videos before driving off, but I highly recommend avoiding them entirely.

Scam.

After I returned the car, they asked me to leave an additional 1,000 EGP as a deposit in case any traffic tickets showed up later. They told me they would contact me within 14 days, but it’s been almost a month, and I’ve received nothing.

They have my phone number, but no one answers my calls or responds to my messages.

I already paid $200 USD for insurance, which was never refunded. On top of that, they charged me extra for cleaning and gas fees.

At this point, I don’t care what they need the 1,000 EGP for—it’s the lack of honesty and communication that is unacceptable.

I do not recommend this company. Be careful before renting from them.
