This is the worst and most unprofessional rental experience I have ever had.

I rented a car from Friend Car from 20 September and returned it on 1 October, and today is 10 December — more than two months — and my security deposit has STILL not been returned.

What makes it even worse is that they take the full amount in advance, so they already had all the money from day one — yet they still refuse to return my deposit.

I contacted their operations team many times, and all I received was excuses, delays, and constant procrastination. No respect, no follow-up, no credibility. At this point, it truly feels like they never intend to return my money.

This company has completely lost my trust.
I strongly advise everyone: do NOT rent from Friend Car. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and extremely unprofessional.

I have created an account 3 weeks ago with status states pending. This is so unreliable. I am coming up on the dates we need to rent a car and nothing not even a number that works. I have no idea how people can run a business so carelessly.

I appreciated the flexibility in rental durations and the option for airport pickup, which made my trip incredibly convenient. Every car is well-maintained and comes with full insurance, adding peace of mind while navigating the city.
