I rented a car from the company last August and paid the full amount, including the security deposit. I had chosen a car with a high price, and after confirming the booking, they changed the car to a cheaper one for a lower price.
Even now, in February, they absolutely refuse to transfer the security deposit and the difference in the rental price. Every time we contact them, they say “today,” “tomorrow,” “the day after,” but no money has been transferred. I urge everyone to avoid dealing with them because something is clearly wrong with this company, and unfortunately, they have no intention of refunding the money.
