Nails are in the wrong color, length, and texture + crooked
3 fingers are bleeding
Face is half done and my eyebrows are missing a chunk. Absolutely not worth the 1.8k i spent
Ridiculous place with no products, barely any service, and a gaslighting/defensive behavior towards their customers

Shaimaa did my nails and she was absolutely wonderful and paid attention to the smallest details, and my design turned out identical to the inspo picture. everyone was so polite and the overall experience was incredible. will definitely be coming back 💞💞
