Excellent stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf! The hotel is spacious, peaceful, and very clean, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was delicious with a great variety.

A special thanks to Mr. Hussien Al Araby, Housekeeping Supervisor, for his instant response and outstanding support throughout my stay. His professionalism and attention to guests truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

I had a really enjoyable stay and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the swimming pool was also well maintained with very clear water. The deepest point of the pool was only 1.5 meters, making it comfortable and suitable even for guests who are not confident swimmers, as most people can still stand comfortably.

We had breakfast during our stay, and the food was fresh and enjoyable. A special thank you to Chef Samir, the baker, whose croissants were outstanding fresh, delicious, and one of the highlights of the breakfast buffet. The waffles were also excellent. On our second morning, they had run out, but after we asked one of the staff members, Abdelrahman Hany, he kindly checked the kitchen. Although there were none left, a fresh batch was prepared especially for our request. His politeness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a great impression.

The only item that did not meet my expectations was the pancakes. They did not seem fresh and were very thin and dense rather than light and fluffy like the waffles.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience with clean facilities, excellent service, and high quality food. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
