The service at the hotel has been excellent, the rooms are spacious and very very clean. Every time I come to the room i find the towels in cute shapes. this hotel is very cozy. Shaima and fatma are the best, they keep checking up on us to see if we need anything. Would definitely come back!

The hotel and staff were fantastic, super helpful with everything. They honestly went the extra mile to assist us no matter what time of day it was: nothing was too much trouble.
Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Mahmoud Ramadan and Assam Sayed for taking such good care of us.
