My husband and I stayed for four days with our three small children here (five, two, and one year old). We had a wonderful time. There are small kiddie pools that were great- all three of my kids could stand on their own in it. They had a blast. The food was great, the rooms were so comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. We will definitely recommend this resort. Thank you! We hope to be back again.

I would like to leave an excellent review for two waiters at Almaza Beach Resort who truly deserve recognition.
Samir and Mohamed made my vacation even more enjoyable with their outstanding service in the restaurant. They were always friendly, professional, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and they played a big part in making my stay memorable.
I sincerely hope that Samir Anwar Al-Zahra and Mohamed Eid will be recognized and rewarded for their excellent work. Employees like them are a great asset to the resort. Thank you, Samir and Mohamed, for making my holiday so special!

The beach is amazing here but we were disappointed by the accommodation. The resort is more for groups traveling together with special entertainment provided in their language (Italian). The beach area was crowded and you were expected to bring your beach and pool towel with you from the room. There was loud music late at night.
I would have preferred to stay at Sakhra which was at the end of the strip and offered luxurious more private seating on the beach and overall high-end feel as well as quieter space. Unfortunately when booking it was not easy to see which hotel was more suited and as Sakhra was a newer hotel with less reviews and some very negative we opted for this one.
Good restaurants like Corallo, Pier 88 and Umm sheriff were at the resort which made the stay convenient. Baia at Sakhra was great as well. Walkable to an area with a pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Saints coffee was wonderful and BRGR’s food as well.

Overall, our stay was average.
When we arrived, we wanted to change our room because it was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, we were not offered a different room. Instead, the staff cleaned it, and after that it was acceptable.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, we noticed that in the second part of the resort, which is mostly occupied by Italian guests, there seemed to be different treatment based on the type of wristband guests were wearing. This created the impression that some guests received better service than others.
We stayed at the hotel at the end of June, before the summer holidays started. During that time, the food selection was quite limited and the overall quality was noticeably worse. From the beginning of July, the variety and quality of the food improved significantly.
On the positive side, the sea was beautiful, the beach was lovely, and the hotel’s location was good.
Overall, the hotel has some great qualities, but the cleanliness upon arrival, the unequal treatment of guests, and the disappointing food during our stay made the experience less enjoyable.
