We had an amazing stay at JAZ Cristal and it exceeded our expectations. We travelled with our baby, and the hotel was a perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday.
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made travelling with a little one much easier.
The beach is absolutely stunning – beautiful turquoise water, soft sand, and plenty of space to enjoy a peaceful day by the sea. Unlike many crowded destinations, here we could truly relax and enjoy our time without feeling overwhelmed by crowds.
The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Everything was fresh and well prepared, with options suitable for both adults and children.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the excellent service throughout our stay.
JAZ Cristal gave us beautiful memories as a family, and we would gladly come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

Room 4034 here! We checked out yesterday after a wonderful week. It was the first vacation for our two daughters—Hania (age 6) and Michalina (age 1). Thank you so much for a fantastic time! Everything was perfect; the rooms were clean and elegant, just like the entire Jaz Elite Crystal resort. The beach was beautiful, and the service was impeccable in every corner of the property! Special thanks to the gentlemen who looked after our room—Emad and his colleague from the other shift (I apologize for not catching his name). We also want to thank the entire team at the “Fresco Bar” pool bar; Moustafa thanks for the cold drinks, Temosawos our daughter Michalina already misses you! Thanks as well to Ali at reception and Hasan at the “La Terrace” bar. Thank you, and we will definitely be back—warm regards to everyone from Poland!

An absolutely outstanding experience! Our waiter, Islam, provided some of the best service we have ever received. He was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived.
He anticipated our needs, offered fantastic recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. His warm personality, genuine smile, and exceptional attention to detail truly made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable.

The hotel was great. Every staff member was really friendly and helpful especially Tarih from the main restaurant and Kareem from housekeeping, the room was always clean we were in 3233 and he always tended to our needs. Mansur from the hookah bar was also really friendly and helpful. They really made our stay better.
Also the food was great and the beach was amazing, the water was crystal clear and it was very peaceful. There was entertainment during the day like beach volleyball and others for who wanted to participate

The room we got was nice, housekeeping staff, bar staff and other facilities too. The food was great but the cocktails were better. Highly recommend choosing drinks from drink menu besides the classic ones.
The staff remembered us and knew what we like, they are very attentive. Overall I had a great stay.
