We have a wonderful stay at Jaz Oriental Almaza Bay and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning beach, crystal-clear sea, excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. However, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff.
We would especially like to thank Orobi, who took care of our room (7239). Every day our room was impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly prepared, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Methad, the shift manager, for his kindness, professionalism and willingness to assist us whenever needed. His commitment to guest satisfaction and his genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us.
Their helpfulness, friendliness and dedication represent the very best of hospitality.
Thank you to the entire Jaz Oriental team for a memorable holiday. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible calm Mediterranean natural bay. Crystal clear water, white sandy clean beach, great service all around from friendly staff. Mostly inclusive services provided by also Ala carte restaurants & café.

Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful, clean beaches. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. There are just a few things that could make this resort truly perfect:
1. Food quality – The meals could be more flavorful. Perhaps they keep the seasoning mild for the Italian guests, but a bit more variety and taste would go a long way.
2. Preserving Egyptian culture – I would have loved to experience more of Egypt’s warmth and traditions. Most of the staff spoke Italian to me, and at times it felt like being in Italy rather than Egypt. When visiting, I want to feel that authentic Egyptian hospitality.
3. Noise control – It would be great if tour groups were allocated to a separate section of the resort. Even with my room doors closed, I could still hear loud music from “Veraclub.” The music plays all day, even at the beach, which makes it hard to relax or read. I could only enjoy the peace and quiet after 5 p.m. when the music finally stopped, but by then it was already getting chilly.
Despite these small issues, I would definitely come back. The resort is truly beautiful, and with a few improvements, it could be the ultimate destination for rest and relaxation.

If I visit again the place for sure I definitely will revisit the Jazz Tamerina.
