GOLPISTAS! TENHAM CUIDADO!
Fizemos uma reserva num hotel, 1 dia antes de chegarmos confirmaram a nossa estadia e o nosso horário de chegada. Quando chegamos disseram que não tínhamos quarto. Colocaram-nos noutro “hotel”, neste hotel, com péssimas condições mas com a desculpa que seria só uma noite. Como é óbvio não foi! No dia a seguir continuaram a dizer que não tínhamos quarto, pedimos o reembolso e dissemos que íamos para outro sítio, nada feito. O gerente literalmente “fugiu” de nós quando soube que queríamos o dinheiro das próximas noites. Conclusão: ficamos sem hotel e sem o dinheiro já cobrado das 4 noites. Este hotel é o pior que há, gente incorreta, que só quer o nosso dinheiro! GOLPISTAS!

This hotel was very disappointing. The room we received was nothing like what was advertised. We were given a room facing the main road, and the noise was so bad that we couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m.
There was no proper reception service, and even the breakfast was poor. The room was extremely dirty—I couldn’t even walk barefoot because the floor was so filthy. Honestly, the rooms were not clean at all.
The housekeeping staff would shout in the hallways and outside the rooms during the afternoon, with no respect for guests who were trying to rest. The bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell.
To be completely honest, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We booked a room here and the day we arrived they said every room was booked and had no space for us. They moved us to a different hotel by walking, which was totally different to the photos, with old mattresses. We refused to stay and they sent us to a third hotel. The room was smelly because of the bathroom and they changed us the next morning to the original hotel. The room was again nothing like the one we booked, with an improvised third bed with a hospital mattress and the wifi never worked.
The views were super nice and the staff was friendly too.
