Sixt rent a car

Very professional and friendly staff. I think this is the best branch of their company. Ahmed Mahmoud offered amazing support. Must give big thumbs up for him. Very lovely staff.

ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION
I traveled to Egypt and i RENT a car from SIXTH Rental car from the Airport and I get the Full insurance on the car
While driving in Cairo the right back tire busted I called the sixth rental and they said go to one of their Franchise i have to drive to Alexandria because I have a meeting,
The next day I went there and took the car to them to fix it
First the incharge of that branch was not listening properly and he is not explaining
And they told I have a pay for the busted tire they told me you don’t have insurance on the TIRES hmmmmmm, and I need to pay for the tire
The front tires was different and back tire was different the front tires were Bridgestone and back Tires was a china company by the name of Nexen
When i received the car from the airport just a go throw on the car they took picture of tire and when they took off the tire the rim was a-bit crooked and the told me I need to pay for the whole entire Rim which will 25000 Egyptian pound, I said how much your a sure that I damage the rim, the rim was damage from inside not outside they didn’t answer my question they said you did that, when I ask about the logical answer and then they said we will try to fix the rim, I said ok how much will be for that they said 70$ I said HMMMMM then they said we will have to change both tires I said why we need to change both
The actual cost of Nexen tire which was CHINA BRAND , was about 3000 Egyptian pound ok i damage the right back side tire why would we need to change both tires no answer no response by the way the tire in front was different and back tires was different weird situation,
Accordingly I damage the one tire and they charge me for both tires basically looting the customer because your foreigner, They said wait in the office we will change the tire I being a rental of the car I have fully allowance to go and see what they are doing on the rim what they are doing BIG NO weird I have to wait in the office
They charge me 150 dollar for putting two new tires and they didn’t put the same company NEXEN the Bridgestone tire from my money,and 70 dollars for rim which I didn’t do that, and they sell me the insurance for 60 dollar my question
WHY YOU DIDN’T TELL US IN THE BEGINNING BY GETTING THE INSURANCE OF TIRES WEIRD BECAUSE……………..:?
So please please don’t ever get car from SIXTH RENTAL FROM CAIRO AIRPOT OR ANYWHERE IN THE EGYPT they are all looters

Very old fleet and worn out cars with over 100k mileage on them. Cars are in a very poor cosmetic conditions. They offered an upgrade but for an extra cost.
