Be careful! Mostafa and his team are scam artists.
I made a booking directly with Sixt for a Jeep. The manager Mostafa emailed saying it was over booked and they offered me a Mercedes GLE for considerably more money. It turns out the Jeep is still available to book online, just for more money.
This is a common tactic used to extort more money from their customers. Not only is this unprofessional but it violates Egypt’s consumer rights.
Avoid this agency at all costs.

As I’m living in Madinaty, the location is very convenient for pick up and drop off.
