App reservation was clear, easy and then Amr at the pickup counter made the experience much more enjoyable, communicating and clarifying the details and payment links before I even reach the pickup, giving full attention to my queries and professional assistance and replies to all of them, thanks for the experience and because of staff like him I must consider Sixt again and again in my future rentals.
