Worst haircut experience ever.
If you’re in a hurry or have a tight schedule, make sure you avoid this salon — your appointment will almost certainly be delayed if you decide to come here.

The salon itself is relatively small, and the barber I dealt with was not professional at all. I clearly explained what I wanted, showed reference photos for the exact style, yet none of my requests were followed. He barely trimmed anything, and I kept having to point out that certain areas were still too long — over and over — until I eventually had to leave because I was already very late for my appointment. I had informed him from the beginning that I needed things done very quickly, and even joked “just trim it professionally if you know how.” He did trim it, but with a complete lack of basic barbering skills.

Originally, I requested a haircut, full waxing, beard oil routine, and more — but I ended up canceling everything because he spent half an hour barely trimming a very small area. No additional services were provided, not even the usual finishing touches. It honestly felt as if I was being punished for not continuing with the other services he kept insisting on doing, as if that would somehow prove he was doing a good job.

There are many more details, but this summary is enough. I do not recommend this place at all, whether you’re in a hurry or not.

Another important note: if you are religiously conservative, prefer no music, expect a strictly men-only environment, or prefer skincare services to be performed by male staff only, then this salon is not suitable for you. It clearly targets a specific type of clientele.

Location-wise, the salon is in a relatively isolated area (inside Privado), making it inconvenient to reach — especially if you don’t have a private car.

This entire review is based on one single haircut experience that almost ruined an important day for me, which is reason enough to write this.

On the positive side, the branch manager’s reception was polite, and the barber himself was trying to be courteous. However, despite that, I was put under extreme time pressure and ended up with the worst haircut I’ve ever had. If you want to try your luck yourself — go ahead, maybe you’ll encounter a better experience than mine with the other staff barbers.
