Cannot recommend enough!

Rented a car for a week, at the office directly, and from the first moment everyone was extremely professional, super helpful, provided all the context I needed, and answered my questions before I even asked them. They are also very hospitable, and make really good complimentary coffee while the booking is processed.

Prices were very reasonable, including the comprehensive insurance. I mention this specifically because the car was hit while parking in the last night in my booking (and I only found out the next morning!). I felt really bad, because I am a careful driver in gerenal. They handled this pretty gracefully, and were more concerned with my well being than the damage to the car’s bumper.

I am 100% using their services every time I am in town, and you will not regret it either.

The car itself was a Nissan Sunny, which drove pretty well, was well maintained and comfortable inside, and pretty clean, albeit being an older model (no modern stuff like CarPlay, or bluetooth, etc). However, that’s is probably because I booked it in the absolute last minute, and that was the only available option at the time.

Thank you for the great and professional service, and for making my stay in Cairo that much more convenient. Absolutely appreciate it.

Decent and proper rental company with friendly staff. We had an issue with the first car we rented but thanks to Mr. Hossain and his professional and kind behavior we were able to get a new car without hassle.
