Extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived a little early and was told I had to wait, but I ended up waiting beyond the scheduled time to collect the car. It was a complete waste of time.
When I returned the car, they pointed out a very tiny scratch that I wasn’t even aware of and charged me 4,000 EGP for it. The scratch was so minor that you could barely even notice it.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Great Experience! I rented a car for one month. The pick-up and return processes were easy-going. I was offered an upgrade from a Nissan Sunny to a Nissan Sentra for only 20 CAD for the whole period! I needed a minor maintenance job during my rental; I called them, and the maintenance guy came to me in less than an hour, and he fixed it right away. Their response to questions and inquiries on WhatsApp was very quick. Thanks for the great experience, and special thanks to Mr. Michelle for being so cooperative. It won’t be my last time renting from them if I need to rent a car in Cairo in the future.
